  3. By downloading the software and registering an account, a customer is deemed to have fully accepted and understood all rules, terms and conditions published by Straight Flush.
  4. Straight Flush reserves the right to alter, modify or terminate the Promotion and/or these Terms at any time, without notice (written or verbal) where it is reasonable to do so or for reasons beyond the Promoter's control.   6. Players in the Aussie Millions main event qualifiers understand that they will play in the Aussie Millions main event, January 14 to 20, 2008. Players unable to travel and play in the Aussie Millions main event will forfeit the   seat portion of their prize package.
  7. Players are responsible for their own travel and accommodation arrangements. Players are advised to check Visa and Passport requirements for entering Australia.
  8. Straight Flush is responsible for player’s registration in the 2008 Aussie Millions $10,500 AUD main event. 
  9. Straight Flush agrees to pay $4500 USD to the winner’s Real Money Account Balance upon completion of the online tournament win, when valid proof of age is received (valid piece of Photo ID). Identification must match the personal details as displayed on the winner’s Straight Flush real money player’s account.
  10. Players competing in the Aussie Millions 2008 main event agree to wear at least one visible piece of Straight Flush logo gear during all time spent in the main event, where permitted by the host casino and Fox Sports Network filming regulations.  Logo gear will be supplied by Straight Flush.
  11. One Aussie Millions 2008 Prize Package on the Straight Flush Network per player will be permitted.
  12. As an Aussie Millions 2008 prize package winner on the Straight Flush Network, the player agrees to abide by all the rules and regulations of the Aussie Millions event, the Fox Sports Network and Crown Casino.
  13. Straight Flush management decisions are final.

Irish Open

The Irish Open super satellite ($150 + $12 fee) will run Saturday, December 15th at 2 pm EST.

Each StraightFlush.com $8,500 Irish Open Prize Package includes:

    • An Irish Open 2008 main event seat, playing March 19th to 24th in Dublin, Ireland.
    • $1800 Cash to your StraightFlush.com player account to help with travel & accommodation
